EMPLOYEE CLOTHING PROGRAM
 

FCA Vision Ag recognizes the benefit of presenting a professional appearance and the need for certain specialized articles of clothing for employee safety and comfort. FCA Vision Ag will provide an annual allowance for clothing. The uniform allowance is ONLY for the FCA Vision Ag employees. Do NOT order clothing for family members.

The allowance amount given to employees is their total amount for the ordering period.  $200 is the total amount of your clothing allowance.

If employees spend their allowance in March, they will not have allowance in August, and it will be on their own to pay for the clothing they order. All purchases must comply with the company uniform policy. No socks, gloves, shorts, pants, jeans, skirts, dresses, or accessories will be reimbursed. All items must be logoed.

Once a clothing item is logoed it is non-returnable/non-refundable. Contact Bailey Walsh or Djamel Khali if an items of clolthing does not work for your needs, as it could be sold to someone else in the company.

Bailey Walsh will make the debit or credit that is required to the employee’s uniform allowance. If an employee exceeds his uniform allowance, the overage can be charged on a personal credit/debit card.
